Chen Shang's sixth sense was buzzing relentlessly. He knew that the human-spider was rapidly closing in on him, and despite the boost from his "Skilled Panic" ability, which enhanced his speed to D-level agility and granted extra escape speed, he still couldn't outrun the creepy spider behind him.

The gate loomed ahead, and Chen Shang swiftly pulled out the keys. Everyone has seen this scene in horror movies: the monster closes in, the protagonist fumbles with the keys, their hands shaking in fear, dropping the key at the worst possible moment, and then they scream as the monster drags them into the darkness, splattering ketchup-like blood everywhere.

But Chen Shang wasn't going to make such a rookie mistake. Calmly and precisely, he inserted the key into the lock on the first try and turned it.

However, there was still the issue of the heavy iron chains wrapped around the door. Without a hint of panic, Chen Shang moved like a machine, flawlessly executing each step to unlock the door as quickly as possible.

[Hurry! Hurry! Hurry!]

[Damn, I'm so immersed in this, I've pissed myself.]

[How is the streamer so calm in this situation?! He's not scared at all...]

Just as Chen Shang finally removed the chains, the spider-like monstrosity reached him. This time, the screeching wind from its approach was so loud that even without his sixth sense, he would've known it was right behind him.

The creature's claw-like human hands slashed toward Chen Shang's head like blades. He quickly ducked, narrowly dodging the strike.

However, avoiding the blow to his head didn't mean he could protect his body. The claw that missed his skull continued downward, slicing into his shoulder.

A sharp pain shot through him as the creature's claw tore away a chunk of flesh from his left shoulder, exposing his pale bones.

Chen Shang shoved the door open as thick fog rolled in like a tidal wave, flooding the asylum.

Taking advantage of the brief moment when the spider was recovering from its last attack, Chen Shang dashed into the fog.

[You have escaped the asylum. Survive in the fog for thirty minutes or kill one fog monster to complete the stream.]

A robotic voice echoed in his mind as Chen Shang gritted his teeth, sprinting through the fog, where visibility was less than five meters.

His sixth sense screamed a warning again, but this time it wasn't coming from behind him—it was from his front right.

Without hesitation, Chen Shang dropped into a roll just as a bloody machete swung through the air, slicing through the spot where he had just been standing. The massive blade cut through the air with a terrifying whoosh, scattering the fog as it went. Had it not been for his sixth sense, Chen Shang would have been cleaved in two.

A towering figure, over 2.7 meters tall, emerged from the fog. The hulking brute's arms were thicker than Chen Shang's waist, and he wielded a massive machete, nearly two meters long. The figure didn't run or make any unnecessary movements, but the pressure it exerted on Chen Shang was far greater than that of the spider-like creature behind him.

Chen Shang looked up, and there it was: a white hockey mask with holes, its mouth smeared with blood. If that wasn't Jason, who could it be?

Chen Shang gritted his teeth so hard he almost cracked them, forcing his body to move with the fastest and most agile actions he could muster. He sprang up from the ground, darting past Jason's side, and at the same time, he stuffed his flashlight into Jason's clothes. In one swift motion, he also slapped the blood-stained "Let's play hide-and-seek" medical record onto Jason's thigh.

It wasn't that Chen Shang wanted to slap Jason so low—it was just that with Jason's towering 2.7-meter height, after springing up from the ground, his hand could only reach that far.

A whistling sound cut through the air as Jason's massive machete swung horizontally toward Chen Shang. With a blade that long, there was no way Chen Shang could dodge it without taking a risk. His only option was to rush toward Jason's face.

Planting his feet on the ground, Chen Shang charged toward Jason, raising his left arm to shield himself from the blow. Instead of being cleaved in two, the machete's handle and Jason's hand struck Chen Shang instead of the blade.

Even so, the force of the blow sent Chen Shang flying, spinning through the air as his body rotated backward a full 360 degrees. After being flung a dozen meters away, he crashed heavily into the ground.

Blood spurted from his mouth as his left arm twisted grotesquely, the bone visibly protruding through his torn skin. His entire body ached with indescribable pain, yet despite it all, Chen Shang's mouth curled into a manic smile.

[The streamer is on the verge of death, and he's still smiling!]

[How is he supposed to survive this?! This is GG for sure.]

[No one expected a streamer this strong to be taken down, but these last two streams have been insane.]

[With bosses this powerful, even making it this far is beyond impressive...]

[Well, the streamer was a respectable man in life. Let's light a candle in his memory.]
