"30 points of bond!" Nathan Lin thought as he noted the progress. After completing the task of brushing the Bride in the Red Wedding Dress's hair, the bond had reached 30 points. But to successfully bind with her, he needed 50 points. Only 20 points were left.

"There should be more tasks coming," Nathan Lin mused.

After the hair-combing task was completed, the Bride in the Red Wedding Dress still sat in front of the mirror, seemingly admiring the hairstyle that Nathan Lin had arranged for her. Then, he saw her make a movement.

The two drawers of the dressing table opened, one revealing makeup items like rouge and makeup brushes, and the other containing hairpins and similar accessories.

Through the bronze mirror, Nathan Lin saw the Bride in the Red Wedding Dress reaching into one of the drawers and pulling out a makeup pencil. She began to carefully shape her eyebrows.

"Bond task three: Spend a night in the Bride's Ghost Domain to complete the task. Task reward: 10 points of bond with the Bride," the system's voice suddenly echoed in Nathan Lin's mind.

"Spending a night in the Ghost Domain?" Nathan Lin thought. He looked at the Bride in the Red Wedding Dress, still meticulously drawing her eyebrows. "With 30 points of bond, spending a night here shouldn't be a problem, right?"

Nathan Lin considered how to phrase his request. He then said directly, "It's getting late, and it's a bit inconvenient for me to head back. Can you arrange a room for me here? I'd like to stay for the night."

Since this was the Bride's Ghost Domain, asking for her permission was the right thing to do. With only 30 points of bond, it was better to be polite, although his request was rather direct. After all, she was a female ghost.

As soon as Nathan Lin spoke, he saw the Bride in the Red Wedding Dress pause her actions. After a few seconds, she stood up.

"Looks like there's a chance," Nathan Lin thought, feeling optimistic.

The Bride walked towards the door, but not floating—she was walking like a living person. Once she left the bronze mirror's view, Nathan Lin could no longer see her directly. He only saw the red wedding dress floating through the air, with a pair of exquisite embroidered shoes tapping softly on the floor.

"Coco, hurry up," Nathan Lin called to his Ghost Spirit, who quickly followed him. Together, they trailed the Bride in the Red Wedding Dress.

The Bride walked towards a semicircular archway, and Nathan Lin followed behind. Passing through the archway, they entered a corridor on the right side, still with Nathan Lin in tow.

At the end of the corridor was another small archway, leading to a small courtyard.

The Bride in the Red Wedding Dress passed through the arch and into the courtyard, and Nathan Lin followed her inside.

"Screech~"

As they entered the courtyard, a door to one of the rooms opened. Nathan Lin saw that it led to a bedroom, furnished with a bed, a stool, and a small writing desk—simple but elegant, with classical furniture.

The Bride in the Red Wedding Dress stood motionless in the doorway, as if waiting for Nathan Lin to enter.

Nathan Lin walked into the bedroom. The room looked quite new and well-kept.

"The Ghost Domain has changed," Nathan Lin thought to himself. The mansion that had seemed so dilapidated when he first entered, during his battle with the Ghostly Bride, was now vastly different. The bedroom was entirely livable.

Nathan Lin inspected the room and turned to see that the Bride had not entered the room with him, instead remaining outside.

"This room is nice, thank you for the hospitality," Nathan Lin said, acknowledging her.

Only then did the Bride in the Red Wedding Dress turn and leave, heading back to her own chambers.

Once the Bride left, Nathan Lin looked up at the sky.

"There's actually a moon," he noticed, as the moonlight poured through the window.

"Where did President Yan and the others go? It seems they've been expelled from the Ghost Domain. Where are they now?" Nathan Lin wondered, though he wasn't focused on that at the moment. Instead, he was more interested in exploring the mansion.

He did not go to sleep right away. Instead, he decided to roam around the Bride's Ghost Domain, with Coco silently following behind him.

"The Ghost Domain is only occupied by her," Nathan Lin noted. The mansion wasn't particularly large, and it wasn't too small either. It had three main sections, with a small courtyard on each side of every section.

Nathan Lin walked to the other small courtyard, but found no one—no ghosts, nor people. It didn't seem like it was meant for anyone to live in.

"Screech~"

Nathan Lin pushed open a door in the courtyard, entering what appeared to be a storage room.

"Is this a storage room?" Nathan Lin thought, scanning the space. His eyes quickly landed on several objects.

"Huh, these are Ghostly Taming Objects!" Nathan Lin thought, recognizing some of the items. He soon realized these Ghostly Taming Objects must have belonged to the Ghost Tamers that the Bride in the Red Wedding Dress had killed.

A strange sensation washed over him as he understood the full implication of what he had just discovered.
