Bolos had spent many years in the mortal realm not only inventing tools, but also applying his previous life's knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine to identify herbal substitutes, preparing to use them one day for healing.

However, as a dignified God and Creator, it wasn't exactly fitting for him to personally administer cures.

Now that a goddess had shown interest in faith, Bolos decided to guide her down this path.

Having Hestia carry the "Holy Water" and walk among mortals as a saintess was the first step.

"I'm willing to do this," Hestia said.

Compared to other Divine Beings, Hestia had always been fond of the mortal world. Even though the Silver Humans were unruly and far from her ideal vision of humanity, she was still willing to help them escape suffering.

After Bolos taught her the formulas for various medicinal brews, she took the green leaf and set out.

Soon, among the Silver Humans across different regions, there appeared a beautiful woman dressed in white robes with a head of holy white hair. She claimed to be a messenger of the Creator, here to help mortals in their suffering.

At first, the people didn't believe her.

In their minds, the only help the Creator could provide was the invention of useful tools to make life easier—not to cure suffering.

But after several ill individuals drank the medicine brewed by this woman and regained their health, their thinking changed.

Even if the Creator did not create new tools, He was still a being worthy of their reverence.

Gradually, the title "Creator" was dropped, and they simply began calling Him "the Lord."

The beautiful woman in white was called the Saintess, and the medicine she brewed became known as Holy Water.

Every seven days, Hestia would return to the island where Bolos resided to report on the difficult illnesses she encountered and to discuss treatment methods with him.

On those days, when she could not distribute Holy Water, the sick would gather in the church to pray to the Creator—to the Lord.

Thus, every seven days came to be known as a week.

These were the days Bolos was most joyful.

Not only because the faith he received on those days was especially pure and rewarding, but also because Hestia would return and cook the finest food for him.

There was no denying that this Goddess of the Hearth had an extraordinary talent for the culinary arts.

Everything Bolos taught her in cooking, she mastered and even surpassed, reaching near perfection.

Though born as an Innate Deity, Polo never lost his fondness for beauty and fine food.

A beautiful, gentle, and kind-hearted goddess who helped him spread faith and also cooked delicious meals—what more could he ask for?

Hestia loved exploring cuisine and preferred to sit quietly by the hearth, lost in thought.

Bolos had once been curious what she was thinking when she spent whole nights sitting silently by the fire.

Hestia merely smiled bashfully and didn't answer.

And so, they spent decades together in the mortal realm—living under the same roof.

During those decades, Zeus had another gifted child—Hermes.

He was born to Zeus and the storm goddess Maia, daughter of Atlas. After being brought to Mount Olympus, he excelled in rhetoric, though his Divine Power was still forming, and he had not yet received a Divine Office.

For now, he was granted only the role of Messenger of the King of the Gods by Zeus.

Meanwhile, Bolos, through the increasingly pure faith of the mortals, finally reached the second stage of the Path of Faith—Foundation.

The first stage, Kingdom, saw the Divine Power seed nurtured by faith, erupting into the most primitive material world, composed of basic elements like earth, air, water, and fire.

However, in that realm, the elements were undivided, fire had no shape, and water and earth were intermingled—a state of pure Chaos.

At the second stage, Foundation, Bolos could begin to transform this material realm.

Foundation—the base of all things, the root of all creation.

Bolos was in no rush to proceed. He wanted to complete the transformation in front of Hestia.

At this moment, however, his attention was drawn to a different divine path.

Bolos's divine journey was threefold, and so too was the extraordinary power within his body—three distinct types of Divine Power: innate, faith-based, and occult. Each was clearly separated.

But when his faith-based Divine Power broke through to the second stage, it suddenly resonated with his innate Divine Power inherited from Metis—just for a moment—and then separated again.

But in that fleeting moment, Bolos felt a mysterious awakening. Through his Divine Office, his Divine Power clearly perceived something supreme.

Before, he had only known of this power's existence, but now he truly felt it.

Authority—hidden behind Divine Offices—was the very manifestation of Primordial Force.

Bolos realized that with Authority empowering his Divine Power, he could now begin to wield the laws connected to it.

These laws stemmed from one's own Divine Power, but exceeded it—insights into the cosmos through the channel of Authority.

"No wonder the inevitable order of this world doesn't treat the Path of Faith as heresy. There is inherent overlap—they can evolve and inform each other."

Bolos carefully contemplated the laws of Creation he had grasped, and a smile spread across his face.

According to his own hierarchy of Divine Beings, he had now become a High God, just one step away from becoming a Supreme God.

As long as he could, through his mastery of laws, draw closer to the essence of Authority and eventually directly wield Primordial Force, he would achieve that final step.

"Is this what it means to be a Supreme God?"

As Bolos used the law of Creation to shape strange marine life—some plantlike, others animal-like—Hestia returned.

Seeing Bolos's immense progress, she felt a mix of joy and unease.

Having lived with him for decades and served as the messenger of the Creator, spreading his faith, she was naturally delighted to see him ascend.

Yet she couldn't help but worry. She knew Bolos had always set his sights on overthrowing Zeus, and that made her anxious.

Bolos saw her return but paid no mind to her mixed emotions. Instead, he retrieved the Creation Tablet once again.

Now that his faith-based Divine Power had reached the second stage—Foundation—this divine path was firmly established. Even if mortal belief were to vanish, he would no longer regress.

There were some things that had to be done in front of Hestia, his first angel.

Hestia's eyes brimmed with anticipation, her gaze fixed unblinking on Bolos's movements.

And Bolos did not disappoint her.

He carved the next words onto the tablet:

"Let there be light!"
