The scene unfolding at the entrance of the Tai Xuan Sacred Land was nothing short of dramatic. Not long ago, the various sects and families had arrived with fierce attitudes, ready for battle. But now, they all wore friendly expressions, even the fiery-tempered former Emperor of the Great Sun Dynasty had been tightly held back by his companions.

If one didn't know better, they would have thought these factions were all part of the same group.

"This is the beauty of power," thought the Tai Xuan Saint Lord to himself, feeling a surge of excitement. "As long as Su Qingge remains in the good graces of Young Master Gu, with this connection, who in Eastern Wilderness would dare not avoid me when they see me?"

Outwardly, however, he maintained his usual arrogant demeanor. He knew full well that without Gu Changge in charge today, the Tai Xuan Sacred Land would have been utterly divided and destroyed by these forces, reduced to rubble. He, along with everyone in Tai Xuan, was deeply grateful and in awe of Gu Changge.

They all understood the reality: It was because of Gu Changge that these mighty factions were treating them with such reverence. Gu Changge could give them this power, and he could take it away just as easily.

"If you want to meet Young Master Gu, you will have to show your sincerity," the Tai Xuan Saint Lord said with a sneer, his tone filled with mockery. "Not everyone has the privilege."

With that, he transformed into a streak of divine light and swiftly left the mountain gates, not bothering to pay attention to the mighty forces that remained. His priority now was to confirm whether Young Master Gu was willing to meet these visitors.

Inside the palace, upon hearing that the Tai Xuan Saint Lord had come to ask for an audience, Gu Changge was slightly surprised. He hadn't expected this man to use his name to show off. However, Gu Changge couldn't be bothered with such trivialities and decided to let the Tai Xuan Saint Lord handle it himself. He was more interested in watching the unfolding drama.

He only hoped that Su Qingge wouldn't disappoint him.

"How detestable! The audacity of that Su Tai Xuan!" said one of the onlookers, gritting his teeth in anger. "He's just lucky—what's so special about him?"

Despite their frustration, many of the observers couldn't help but envy the situation. Everyone could see it: the Tai Xuan Sacred Land had clearly latched onto the power of that mysterious young master, which was why they were being so arrogant. This only made it clear how terrifying the young master's background must be. If anyone inadvertently offended him, it could spell disaster for their entire sect or family.

Naturally, many were curious about who this young master was. In particular, the young geniuses who had come with the Sacred Land and the Imperial Dynasty were deeply shocked.

These young men and women, who were all powerful cultivators, prided themselves on being the elite of the younger generation of Eastern Wilderness. But witnessing such a dramatic turn of events left them utterly stunned. A single young man, who hadn't even shown himself yet, was causing such fear and respect from all these factions?

"Could it be one of the young prodigies from the Central Continent?" speculated a young man with golden hair that shone like the sun. He was the Saint Son of the Yang Xu Sacred Land and had come along with the elders to participate in the battle and broaden his experience. However, he hadn't expected to witness such a theatrical scene.

He instinctively thought that the young master might be from Central Continent. After all, Central Continent was a place known for producing extraordinary talents and ancient bloodlines. Some lineages there were even said to be connected to the Upper Realm, making it a terrifyingly powerful region.

"Probably not that simple," said Zhao Tian, the Supreme Elder of Yang Xu Sacred Land. He couldn't help but smile bitterly. Despite his composed, immortal-like demeanor, he was just as uncertain as the others. The Tai Xuan Sacred Land's calm, confident attitude was unnerving. After all, this was a gathering of many powerful factions, and Tai Xuan was standing their ground without any sign of fear or hesitation.

"Today's events are truly unprecedented…" Zhao Tian muttered to himself. Even though he appeared to be an elder in control of the situation, he was now standing nervously at the entrance of Tai Xuan Sacred Land, waiting. He was trying to stay calm, but his mind was racing.

Meanwhile, inside the palace, after Gu Changge had left the pavilion, Su Qingge stood there for a while in a daze. After some time, she returned to her usual quarters where she spent her days cultivating. Her face wore an expression of slight frustration as she wondered what she had done to upset Gu Changge. He had left so suddenly without even giving her an explanation.

She thought about it for a while but couldn't come to any conclusions. With a sigh, she realized how difficult it was to understand someone like him. Gu Changge was truly elusive, and it wasn't easy to earn his favor.

As for the arrival of the other factions, Su Qingge didn't worry about it at all. She knew very well that with Gu Changge's backing, no one would dare to make a move against the Tai Xuan Sacred Land.

Just then, a disturbance broke her train of thought.

"There's someone in the palace…"

Her expression shifted slightly. As the Saintess of Tai Xuan Sacred Land, her cultivation was among the best of her generation in Eastern Wilderness. She was keenly aware of the subtle fluctuations in spiritual energy and could easily detect the presence of another.

A figure emerged from the shadows—a young man with a pale complexion and messy hair, his eyes bloodshot, looking disheveled and worn out.

"Qingge…" he said hoarsely, his voice trembling with emotion. Despite his disheveled state, he was filled with urgency and excitement, having finally seen the one person he had been longing for.

"Ye Chen..." Su Qingge's brows furrowed as she recognized the person standing before her.

This was none other than Ye Chen, the person she had stopped visiting after his imprisonment in the dungeon. She hadn't paid him any attention after promising Gu Changge that she would not intervene with his matters. She was a woman of principle, and once she made a decision, she stuck to it.
